Who installs my kitchen cabinets when I purchase them from Wayside Kitchens?
The craft of cabinet installation should be left to the professionals who do this everyday. Jim Regan, owner leads the team of qualified installers. We are clean cut, neat and smoke free. We respect our client's home by the care we take. We are so confident about our work that we guarantee our cabinet installs for 3 years for any labor related issues.
Who templates and installs my countertops?
Wayside kitchens hires a reputable local supplier who fabricates the countertops according to your design. Our fabricators complete our jobs with care, quality and deliver the counters in as little as a week.
Does Wayside Kitchens charge a design fee?
Yes, we offer a free one hour consultation at your place or ours. To move forward we require an $850.00 design fee to develop detailed designs and product specifications for your new kitchen. A relatively small fee to help minimize costly mistakes and ensure an accurate fit. Interior design service is available at an hourly rate.
Who will handle the actual remodel and general contracting?
Our kitchen and bath studio handles most of our jobs. We can manage all of your light construction details, like replacing the kitchen floor, removing the old cabinets, replacing windows and doors, and changes to the electrical and plumbing. On more involved projects that include interior wall alterations and exterior additions, we work with area contractors and builders. In other instances, our clients wish to work with their own contractor and we are happy to work with them to provide the design, cabinetry and built-ins. We are available to meet with them to review the project details.
