Mary Regan

Founder/Kitchen Designer/Manager
Mary graduated from Arapahoe Community College with a Degree of Applied Science in Interior Design in 1994. Her focus has always been in kitchen and bath design. Starting her career in the mid-West, Mary designed kitchens for The Kitchen Showcase in Englewood, Colorado and for Surroundings, an interior design firm specializing in kitchen and bath design for new, high end, custom homes in the Denver area. After the birth of her daughter in 1998, she took a break from the industry to care for her family. In 1999 the Regan family left Colorado and moved to Jim’s home state of Massachusetts. In 2002, Mary and Jim started their homebased kitchen remodeling company. In 2008 Mary and Jim finally realized their dream when they opened the Wayside Kitchens showroom in Littleton, Massachusetts.
When she is not designing kitchens, Mary enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves to travel and her burning desire is to travel the world. She enjoys gardening, cooking, crocheting, knitting, photography, watercolor painting, and dancing. She likes to network and meet new people. She loves ice cream and never misses the opportunity to visit Kimball’s Ice Cream farm. Her key to success is to love what you do. Live life with a positive attitude.
Jim Regan

Founder/Manager
Jim was born in Massachusetts, served in the Marines, and moved to Colorado where he started his carpentry career. He worked for a millwork company that specialized in restaurants and other commercial spaces. He worked in familiar restaurant chains like Starbucks and The Cheesecake Factory. After moving back to Massachusetts in 1999 with his wife Mary, they started a homebased kitchen remodeling company. Jim has been the lead installer. These days Mary insists on having him take the role of project management where he can continue to utilize his construction industry expertise.
Jim is a simple man, he loves spending time with his family, extended family, and friends. When he is not purchasing tools, he enjoys fishing, reading, history, and running. He also loves to travel around the world with Mary. One of the items on his bucket list is to walk El Camino in Spain someday. Jim’s key to success is to treat the client’s home as if it is his own. Keep it clean and neat!
